For wholesalers we apply different conditions, with great discount by even small amounts. What is the delivery time for my product? We worked hard preparing every detail for you at Cusco Stores webpage, so the delivery time is specified in every product, please realize that most of our product are handmade and unique. We don't sotre them in warehouse, they are made as soon as you buy it, so please take in consideration when you buy, the production time of the artisan and being shipped from the heart of theCusco Incas culture.
We care for you and offer the best. We use AIR MAIL service First Class ,for order of more of 2 kilograms we use Air Mail regular, all our order we ship are insured.
If you don’t like the product we can’t exchange it ,is not in our policy. However we can allow refund or exchange in the unlikely event you receive your goods broken, or in torn condition, or is the wrong size or colour please complete the returns procedure stating exactly what the fault is, also attach us in an email a picture from the same day the product is received.
We won’t be responsable nor refund or Exchange the products if your national postal service damaged the package. Please also inform us if you want a refund or replacement and we will contact you , if you wish you can send it back (we won’t provide return postage fees) and we will send you the product that you order by Regular Air Mail. DON’T FORGET TO send it back to us unused and with original packaging within 30 days. No refunds will be available after the 30-day period (since you received your order) has expired.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving to Cusco Stores office, where the package must be sent.

Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when you are filling out your order form. We won’t refund your payment if you write a wrong shipping address.
